Accessibility
We build Waybound to work for all travelers — including those using assistive technology, those with mobility needs, and those who just want a site that's easy to use.
What We've Built
Filter excursions and tours by accessibility requirements — including wheelchair-friendly routes, step-free access, accessible vehicles, and adapted equipment. Every accessibility feature is listed upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
Our website is built to work with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. We follow WCAG 2.1 AA standards and test regularly with assistive technologies. If something isn't working, let us know.
Every part of the booking flow can be completed using a keyboard alone. Tab order is logical, focus states are visible, and interactive elements have proper labels.
All text on Waybound meets WCAG AA contrast requirements. Body text is sized for readability, and the interface respects your browser's font size preferences.
Need help booking and prefer to speak with someone? Our support team is available via live chat and email. We can walk through any part of the booking process at your pace.
Accessibility is not a checkbox. We audit the site regularly, prioritize accessibility bugs, and act on feedback. If you find something that doesn't work, tell us — we take it seriously.
Waybound is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to users with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
We test our platform with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and high-contrast display modes. When we discover issues, we prioritize them in our development cycle.
If you encounter a barrier while using Waybound, please contact us at waybound_@hotmail.com. We respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
Accessibility feedback is taken seriously here. Let us know what you ran into.
